硅镁水泥竹刨花板制备及其性能研究

    摘要:为降低人造板制造成本,提高竹材加工利用率,以竹刨花和自制无机胶黏剂为原料,通过热压工艺制备了硅镁水泥竹刨花板。研究了施胶量、热压时间和温度对板材密度及其性能的影响。结果表明,试验范围内,随着施胶量增大、热压温度升高和热压时间延长,板材的静曲强度、弹性模量均先提高后降低,内结合强度逐渐提高,24 h吸水厚度膨胀率逐渐减小;随着板材密度的增大,硅镁水泥竹刨花板的静曲强度、弹性模量和内结合强度逐渐提高,24 h吸水厚度膨胀率逐渐减小。硅镁水泥竹刨花板优化制板工艺参数为:施胶量45%,热压温度110 ℃,热压时间9 min,板材密度1.1 g/cm3。

Preparation and properties of silicon magnesium cement with bamboo particle board

    Abstract:In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of wood-based panel and improve the processing and utilization rate of bamboo resources,with bamboo particle and silicon magnesium inorganic adhesives as raw materials,cement particleboard was manufactured by hot-pressing technology. The effect of adhesives consumption,hot pressing time and hot pressing temperature on plate density and the board studied. Results showed that the cement particleboard intensity,elastic modulus and internal binding strength were gradually increased,and the expansion rate of water absorbent thickness decreased gradually.modulus of rupture,modulus of elasticity gradually firstly increase then decreased and internal bond strength gradually increase while thickness swelling gradually decreased with increase of adhesives consumption,hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time;modulus of rupture,modulus of elasticity,and internal bond strength of the board gradually increase while thickness swelling of that gradually density increase. Optimal process was as follows:density of 1.1 g/cm3,hot-pressing temperature of 110 ℃ and hot-pressing time of 9 min,adhesive consumption of 45%.
