玄武岩纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维对河砂活性粉末混凝

    摘要:研究了玄武岩纤维(BF)单掺以及与聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)混杂对河砂活性粉末混凝土(RPC)工作性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:掺入BF提升了RPC的力学性能,但BF的增韧效果有限;随着BF掺量的增加,RPC的工作性呈指数式下降;合适的BF体积掺量为0.75%;BF与PVAF混杂对河砂RPC有明显的增韧作用,混杂纤维合适的PVAF体积掺量为0.8%。掺入纤维后可制备出符合GB/T 31387—2015要求的RPC120和RPC140。

The influence of basalt fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber on the performance of river sand RPC

    Abstract:The influence of single doped basalt fiber(BF) and the hybridof basalt fiber(BF) with polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVAF) were studied,on the workability and mechanical properties of river sand RPC. The results show that:the addition of BF improved the mechanical properties of RPC,but BF has limited toughness. With the increase of BF contents,the workability of RPC was exponentially reduced. Suitable BF content is 0.75% vol. The hybrid of BF with PVAF have obvious toughening effects on the river sand RPC. The suitable PVAF content of hybrid fiber is 0.8%. After adding fibers,RPC120 and RPC140 which meet the specification requirements of GB/T 31387—2015 are prepared.
