蒸压加气混凝土板抗弯性能试验及数值模拟研究

    摘要:通过12块加气混凝土外挂墙板的四分点加载试验,研究了配筋形式对板材抗弯性能和破坏特征的影响。结果表明,加气混凝土板的最终破坏形态为弯剪破坏,试件的延性系数随着配筋面积减小而增大;在配筋面积相等的条件下,配筋根数较多的板材裂缝较多、裂缝分布相对较密。通过非线性软件ABAQUS对加气混凝土板的抗弯性能进行研究,数据表明,有限元结果与试验结果误差较小。

Experimental test and numerical analysis study on bending strength of autoclaved aerated concrete panel

    Abstract:To evaluate the bending behExperimental test and numerical analysis study on bending strength of autoclaved aerated concrete panel avior and failure mechanism of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete panels,four-point loading test on twelve specimens were carried out concerning reinforcing fabric. The experimental results showed that the failure pattern of autoclaved aerated concrete panels could be defined as the bending-shear failure. The ductility coefficient of specimens increased obviously when the reinforcement area was reduced. Provided that the reinforcement area stayed the same,AAC specimens with more bars performed better on cracks formation. The numerical simulation on four specimens by FEM software ABAQUS were conducted to analyze the nonlinear properties of autoclaved aerated concrete panels as well as making comparison with experimental results. The analysis results were in good agreement with the experimental results.
