再生混凝土砖复合墙体综合性能分析及评价

    摘要:为量化评价再生混凝土砖复合墙体综合性能,应用层次分析法从受力性能、保温性能、造价和环境性这4个方面构建了层次分析模型,计算了评价指标相应的权重值,并对6种建筑围护墙体的特性进行了分析及评价。结果表明:影响建筑围护墙体最重要的评价指标是受力性能,其次是保温性能和造价,最后为环境性。通过综合分析及评价,再生混凝土砖-粉煤灰砌块复合保温墙体为最优方案,分析及评价结果可为再生混凝土砖复合墙体的进一步研究及推广应用提供理论参考。

    Comprehensive performance analysis and evaluation of recycled concrete block composite masonry wall

    Abstract:In order to quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive performance referring composite masonry wall of recycled concrete block,this paper constructs AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) from 4 aspects,including mechanical property,insulation performance,cost and environmental characteristic,calculates the weight value of evaluation index,and analyses and evaluates the characteristics of 6 kinds of building enclosure wall. The results show that the most important evaluation index of building enclosure wall is the mechanical property,followed by thermal insulation performance,cost,and environmental characteristic. Through comprehensive analysis and evaluation,recycled concrete block-filled concrete block composite insulation masonry wall is the best scheme. The analysis and evaluation results provide theoretical reference for the solution of similar problems and lay a theoretical basis for further research and application of recycled concrete block composite wall.
