玻化微珠保温混凝土基本力学性能的尺寸效应研

摘要:设计了5种强度等级的玻化微珠保温混凝土试块,分析试件尺寸对保温混凝土基本力学性能的影响。结果表明:试件尺寸效应对玻化微珠保温混凝土的抗压、劈裂抗拉、抗折强度和静力受压弹性模量都有影响。尺寸效应随着强度等级的提高对玻化微珠保温混凝土棱柱体抗压强度的影响较为显著;对圆柱体抗压强度的影响逐渐减小;对保温混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的影响逐渐减小。折压比也随着强度等级的提高而减小。

Research on size effect of basic mechanical properties of thermal insulation concrete with  glazed hollow beads

Abstract:Five strength grade test blocks of thermal insulation concrete with glazed hollow beads(TIC) are designed. The influence of the size of the concrete test block on the basic mechanical properties of the vitrified microbead concrete was analyzed. The results of the study indicate that:the effect of size has influence on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and static compressive elastic modulus of the TIC. And as the strength grade increases,the effect of size on the compressive strength of the TIC prisms is more and more significant,the influence on the compressive strength of the cylinder and on the splitting tensile strength of the TIC is gradually reduced. The bending ratio decreases as the strength grade increases.
