建筑外墙外保温系统饰面层劣化现状调查研究

摘要:针对夏热冬冷地区建筑外墙外保温系统病害严重的现象,对嘉兴地区73幢民用住宅建筑外墙外保温系统主要缺陷(完整性、美观性、粘结性、连接性)进行了现场调查。结果表明:建造时间越久,外墙外保温系统缺陷越多;东、南朝向的外立面更易出现外墙外保温系统缺陷;页岩烧结多孔砖外墙外保温系统具有较强的抵抗缺陷能力;面砖饰面的外墙外保温系统耐久性较好,发生异常缺陷较少;较大的建筑物外立面面积会对其外墙外保温系统的耐久性产生不利的影响。

Statistical survey of the degradation of finishing coating for external thermal  insulation composite systems in walls

Abstract:In view of the serious disease caused for the external thermal insulation composite systems(ETICS) in the hot summer and cold winter areas,this paper presents a statistical survey on the main defects (integrity,aesthetics,adhesion,and connectivity) of ETICS for 73 residential buildings located in Jiaxing region. The analysis results show that the longer the construction time,the more defects are in ETICS cladding,and these facades of east and south orientation are more prone to damage. Among the three heat-insulating materials studied,shale sintered porous brick system is the most durable. The finishing layer with ceramic tile has better durability than the paint,and less abnormal defects occur. The larger facade area of the building will have an adverse effect on the durability of the ETICS cladding.
