阻燃剂对聚氨酯保温材料力学性能的影响

摘要:采用磷系阻燃剂(PFR)和可膨胀石墨(EG)对聚氨酯保温材料进行改性,试验结果表明,PFR改性聚氨酯保温材料燃烧后的压缩强度和剪切强度均有不同程度的提高,且三(1,3-二氯异丙基)磷酸酯(TDCPP)与四(2-氯乙基)二亚乙基醚二磷酸酯(CR-505)等质量配比时力学性能最佳;PFR与EG协同使用时,改性聚氨酯的压缩强度随EG质量的增大呈线性下降,其剪切强度随EG质量比的增大呈指数下降。为保障聚氨酯保温材料的力学性能,EG含量最多为12.3%。

Effect of flame retardants on mechanical properties of polyurethane thermal insulation materials

Abstract:Polyurethane insulation materials were modified based on phosphorus flame retardants(PFR) and expandable graphite(EG). The results show that the compression strength and shear strength of the PFR modified polyurethane thermal insulation materials are improved in varying degrees,and the mechanical properties of the three (1,3-two chloro isopropyl) phosphate (TDCPP) and four (2-chloro ethyl) two subethyl ether two phosphate (CR-505) are the best. When PFR and EG are used together,the compressive strength decreases linearly with the increase of EG mass,and the shear strength decreases exponentially with the increase of EG mass. In order to protect the mechanical properties of polyurethane insulation materials, the maximum EG content is limited to 12.3%.
