商业建筑外墙保温层合理厚度研究

摘要:以某4层商业建筑为例建立能耗模型,研究不同保温层厚度外墙的商业建筑全年空调能耗的变化趋势。模拟结果表明:除外墙以外的其他围护构件参数不变时,存在建筑空调能耗最小的外墙保温层厚度,当超过该厚度时,全年空调能耗会增加,进而出现过度保温的现象;当改变某一围护构件(如外窗、屋面等)的热工性能时,建筑空调能耗最小的外墙保温层厚度会发生改变,且空调能耗最小值也会发生变化。

Study on the reasonable insulation thickness of exterior wall in commercial buildings

Abstract:Taking a four-storey commercial building as an example,a simulation model of energy consumption was established to study the changing trend of air-conditioning energy consumption in commercial buildings with different insulation layer thicknesses. The simulation results show that when the parameters of other containment components are not changed except the wall,there is a thickness of the external wall insulation which can minimize the energy consumption of the air-conditioning system in the building. When the thickness exceeded this value,the air-conditioning energy consumption will increase year-by-year and the excessive thermal insulation will exist at some point. When changing the thermal performance of one building envelope(such as windows,roofs,etc.),the insulation layer thickness of the external wall which can minimize the energy consumption of the air conditioning will change,and the minimum value of air conditioning energy consumption will also change.
