纳米SiO2对无机轻集料保温砂浆性能的影响

摘要:主要考察了纳米SiO2掺量对无机轻集料保温砂浆密度、抗压强度、导热系数、体积吸水率等性能的影响。结果表明,无机轻集料保温砂浆的干密度、导热系数随着纳米SiO2掺量的增加而减小。纳米SiO2掺量在0~3%时对抗压强度有益,但掺量高于6%时,抗压强度急剧下降;纳米SiO2掺量为3%时,无机轻集料保温砂浆的体积吸水率小于20%。

Influence of nano silica on the performance of inorganic lightweight aggregate thermal insulation mortar

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of nano-SiO2 content on the density,compressive strength,thermal conductivity and volume water absorption of inorganic lightweight aggregate insulation mortar was investigated. The results show that,as the increase of nano-SiO2 content,the dry density and thermal conductivity of the inorganic lightweight aggregate thermal insulation mortar would reduce gradually. And when the content of nano-SiO2 is 0~3%,the compressive strength will increase,however,when the content is more than 6%,the compressive strength decreased rapidly. When the amount of nano-SiO2 is 3%,the volumetric water absorption of inorganic lightweight aggregate thermal insulation mortar is less than 20%.
