ABAQUS软件模拟聚丙烯塑料焊缝抵抗地下水压荷载

摘要:利用ABAQUS软件模拟3种适用聚丙烯塑料焊缝形式,分别为坡口焊缝、焊接盖板的坡口焊缝、胶粘剂粘贴并焊接盖板的坡口焊缝。并对3种焊缝形式在承受地下水压力情况下的结构变形进行分析。结果表明,塑料板厚度和聚丙烯焊缝试件的抗水压性能呈正相关关系,坡口焊缝抗水压性能主要取决于坡口焊缝的宽度,焊接盖板的坡口焊缝、胶粘剂粘贴并焊接盖板的坡口焊缝的抗水压性能由聚丙烯塑料底板厚度、聚丙烯塑料盖板厚度和坡口焊缝的宽度共同决定。

Analysis of influencing factors on resistance of polypropylene plastics weld seam to ground water pressure load by ABAQUS

Abstract:Abaqus software was used to simulate three kinds of weld forms suitable for polypropylene plastics:groove weld seam,groove weld seam of cover plate,adhesive bonding and weld groove weld of cover plate. The structural deformation of three kinds of welds under the condition of groundwater pressure are analyzed. There is a positive correlation between the thickness of plastic plate and the water pressure resistance of polypropylene weld. The hydraulic pressure resistance of groove weld is mainly determined by the width of groove weld. The hydraulic pressure resistance of other two kinds of weld is jointly determined by the thickness of the bottom plate of polypropylene plastic,the thickness of polypropylene plastic cover plate and the width of groove weld seam.
