矿物掺合料和引气剂对混凝土抗盐冻性能影响的

摘要:我国北方地区钢筋混凝土桥梁结构存在明显的盐冻病害现象,采用在混凝土中单掺引气剂、单掺硅灰、单掺粉煤灰、双掺硅灰和粉煤灰及双掺并掺引气剂的方法,提出了引气剂及矿物掺合料的最优掺量。结果表明,对C30、C40强度等级混凝土而言,掺加引气剂对混凝土抗盐冻性能的影响较水灰比更为显著, 0.02%和0.03%掺量的引气剂能有效提高混凝土的抗盐冻性能;混凝土
抗盐冻性能随硅灰掺量的增加呈先增强后减弱的趋势,硅灰的较优掺量为5%~10%。

Study on the influence of mineral admixtures and air-entraining agents on the salt-freezing resistance performance of concrete

Abstract:There is obvious salt-frozen disease phenomenon in reinforced concrete bridge structure in northern China. This paper proposes the optimal amount of air-entraining agent and mineral admixture by taking the method for single-blown air-entraining agent,single-doped silica fume,single-doped fly ash and double-doped silica fume,fly ash and double-doped with air-entraining agent in concrete. The results show that,for C30 and C40 strength grades of concrete,the addition of air-entraining agents has a more significant effect on the salt-freeze resistance performance of concrete than water-cement ratio. 0.02% and 0.03% of air-entraining agents can effectively improve the salt-freezing performance of concrete. The salt-freeze resistance performance of concrete shows a tendency of increasing first and then weakening with the increase of silica fume content. The optimum content of silica fume is between 5% and 10%.
