利用铜尾矿制备经济型超高性能混凝土的研究

 摘要:利用铜尾矿原矿替代天然河砂,磨细铜尾矿粉替代水泥或矿物掺合料,结合材料最大堆积密度曲线,以常规工艺制备出经济型超高性能混凝土(UHPC)。研究结果表明,利用铜尾矿原矿可替代天然河砂中50%的细砂,利用10~120 μm的磨细铜尾矿粉可替代12%的水泥,利用1~12 μm的磨细铜尾矿粉可替代40%的粉煤灰,分别单独替代时均可制备出自密实UHPC,且抗弯、抗拉性能均有所提升;复掺时由于对流动性影响较大,力学性能有所下降,但也可满足低等级UHPC要求。铜尾矿的替代可降低UHPC的制备成本。

Study on preparation of economical ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) by using copper tailings

Abstract:The economical ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) was prepared by using the copper tailings ore instead of natural river sand,grinding copper tailings powder instead of cement or mineral admixture,combined with the maximum stacking density curve of material and the conventional preparation process. The research results show that the copper tailings can be substituted for 50% of the fine sand in natural river sand,and the 10~120 μm copper tailings powder can be substituted for 12% of the cement,and the 1~12 μm copper tailings powder can be substituted for 40% of the fly ash,respectively,dense UHPC can be prepared for single-doped substitution,and the flexural and tensile properties of the composites were improved. In case of composite blending,the mechanical properties decreased but also met the requirements of low grade UHPC due to the large effect on fluidity. The substitution of copper tailings can reduce the preparation cost of UHPC.
