梯度结构聚羧酸减水剂的合成与表征

摘要:单体丙烯酸(AA)与聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯(OEGMA)采用可逆加成-断裂链转移聚合(RAFT)通过调整滴加工艺条件成功制备了梯度结构的聚羧酸减水剂(PC)。采用水性凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)表征梯度PC的分子结构,结果表明,梯度PC结构可控,侧链和吸附基团在主链上呈现梯度分布。通过净浆流动度测试和总有机碳分析(TOC)验证了梯度PC作为减水剂的有效性。试验结果表明,梯度PC吸附在水泥颗粒表面,改善了其浆体的流动性。

Synthesis and characterization of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with gradient structures

Abstract:Polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC) with gradient structure has been successfully synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT) through adjusting the dropping process with acrylic acid(AA) and poly(ethylene glycol)methyl ether methacrylate(OEGMA). Aqueous gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR) have been used to characterize the molecular structure of gradient PC. The results show that the gradient PC structure is controllable, side chains/adsorption groups present a gradient distribution along the main chain. The flowability of fresh cement paste and the total organic carbon analyzer(TOC) have demonstrated the effectiveness of gradient PC as water reducing agent. The results show that gradient PC adsorb onto cement particle surfaces and improve the flowability of fresh cement paste.
