氯氧镁水泥复合发泡剂的研究

摘要:发泡剂是影响发泡氯氧镁水泥性能的重要因素,用1%的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液作为发泡剂,并分别掺加壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、明胶、茶皂素和改性硅树脂聚醚乳液进行稳泡复配改性,研究复合发泡剂对发泡氯氧镁水泥密度、抗压强度及孔径的影响。结果表明:1%十二烷基硫酸钠中加入浓度为0.5%硅树脂聚醚乳液的复合发泡剂性能最优,发泡倍数由16.80倍提高到17.08倍,半衰期由22 min延长到216.81 min;加入浓度1%明胶复配改性的复合发泡剂性能次之,发泡倍数为16.75倍,泡沫半衰期为55 min。1%明胶改性的复合泡沫与氯氧镁水泥浆体结合时消泡最少,制得的试块泡孔大小均匀、规整,当泡沫添加量相同时,试块密度相对最小,强度较高。

Study of composite foaming agents for magnesium oxychloride cement

Abstract:Foaming agent is an important factor affecting the performance of foamed magnesium oxychloride cement. This paper chose 1% sodium dodecyl sulfate solution as a foaming agent,nonylphenol ethoxylates,gelatin,tea saponin and modified polyethoxylated silicone emulsion were respectively used to modify the foam stability. The effect of composite foaming agents on density,compressive strength and pore structure of foamed magnesium oxychloride cement was studied. The results showed that the composite foaming agent with the concentration of 0.5% modified polyethoxylated silicone emulsion stabilizer at 1% sodium dodecyl sulfate has the best performance,foam expansion increases from 16.80 to 17.08,half-time extends from 22 min to 216.81 min,the performance of composite foaming agent with 1% gelatin follows,foam expansion is 16.75,half-time of the foam is 55 min. When the gelatin-modified foam combines with magnesium oxychloride cement paste,the amount of antifoam is least. The pore size of the samples is uniform and regular,when the amount of foam is same,the samples have the lowest density and higher strength.
