盾构注浆材料抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能研究

摘要:通过调整配合比、掺入适量矿渣粉及功能性复合掺合料配制出高性能注浆材料,并对比研究不同抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验方法的可行性。研究结果表明,降低水胶比并掺入适量的功能性复合掺合料和矿渣粉可配制出抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能更优的高性能注浆材料。抗压强度耐蚀系数试验方法不适用于评价传统注浆材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,但可用于评价高性能注浆材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。硫酸盐侵蚀深度试验用于评价高性能注浆材料抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的可操作性较差,但可用于评价传统注浆材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。

Research on sulfate resistance performance of shield grouting material

Abstract:High performance grouting materials were prepared by adjusting mixing ratio,mixing proper amount of slag powder and functional compound admixture,and the feasibility of different test methods of resistance to sulfate attack was studied. The research results show that the high performance grouting material with better sulfate attack resistance can be prepared by reducing water binder ratio and adding proper amount of functional compound admixture and slag powder. The test method of corrosion resistance coefficient of compressive strength is not suitable for evaluating the resistance to sulfate attack of traditional grouting materials,but it can be used to evaluate the sulfate resistance of high performance grouting materials. The test method of sulfate attack depth is not feasible for evaluating the sulfate resistance of high performance grouting materials,but it can be used to evaluate the sulfate resistance of traditional grouting materials.
