低品位粉煤灰在水泥基材料中应用的改善方法研

摘要：根据低品位粉煤灰的特点，提出控制低品位粉煤灰细度、掺入钢渣、掺入石灰石粉等3种对低品位粉煤灰在水泥基材料应用的改善方法。结果表明，3种方法都能有效地降低低品位粉煤灰的需水量，使掺入低品位粉煤灰的胶砂扩展度能接近空白组的扩展度210 mm。不同程度地提高了掺入低品位粉煤灰的水泥基材料强度，28 d胶砂抗压强度高于40 MPa，为低品位粉煤灰在水泥基材料中的应用提供了参考。

Experimental study on the improvement of the application of low grade fly ash in cement based materials

Abstract：According to the characteristics of low-grade fly ash，this paper proposes three methods to improve the application of low-grade fly ash in cement-based materials，which are controlled by low-grade fly ash fineness，incorporation into steel slag，and incorporation of limestone powder. The results show that the three methods can effectively reduce the water demand of low-grade fly ash，so that the degree of rubber sand blended with low-grade fly ash can be close to the blank group expansion of 210 mm. The strength of cement-based materials blended with low-grade fly ash is improved to varying degrees，and the strength of 28 d mortar is higher than 40 MPa，which provides a reference for the wide application of low-grade fly ash in cement-based materials.
