煤矸石烧结保温砖试验研究

摘要:以煤矸石、粉煤灰和膨润土为原料制备烧结保温砖,研究了合理的焙烧曲线及煤矸石粒径、煤矸石掺量、烧成温度和成型压力对烧结保温砖性能的影响。实验表明,较合理工艺为煤矸石掺量60%、粒径小于60目,烧成温度为950 ℃,成型压力为8 MPa,可制备出外观良好、无裂纹、无泛霜、综合性能优良的保温砖,其抗压强度为5.69 MPa,导热系数为0.23 W/(m·K),符合GB 26538—2011《烧结保温砖和保温砌块》MU5.0级标准要求。

Experimental study on insulation brick for coal gangue sintering

Abstract:The fired insulation brick is made of coal gangue,fly ash,bentonite and the effects of sintering curve,particle-size of coal gangue,dosage of coal gangue,firing temperature and brick forming pressure on the performance of insulating brick are discussed. The experimental results show that the better technological parameters are 60% of coal gangue,less than 60 mesh for the particle size,950 ℃ for sintering temperature and 8 MPa for forming pressure. Under the conditions,the surface of brick is fine,no cracks and scums,the compressive strength of the insulation brick is 5.69 MPa and thermal conductivity is 0.23 W/(m·K),which is complied with the requirements of MU5-level in "Sintered insulating brick and insulating block" GB 26538—2011.
