海绵城市矿渣透水砖力学性能与透水性的试验研

摘要:研究了水灰比和骨胶比对矿渣透水砖抗压强度和透水系数的影响。结果表明:随着骨胶比的增大,矿渣透水砖的透水系数总体呈增大趋势,抗压强度降低;而随着水灰比增大,矿渣透水砖的透水系数总体呈减小趋势,抗压强度先提高后降低。当骨胶比为3.5、水灰比为0.40时,制备的矿渣透水砖性能较优,抗压强度可达40.36MPa,透水系数为0.15cm/s,符合CJJ/T 135—2009及CJJ/T 188—2012的要求。

Experimental study on mechanical properties and water permeability of sponge municipal slag permeable brick

Abstract:The influence of water cement ratio and aggregate-cement ratio on the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of slag permeable brick are researched. The results of this study show that,with the increase of the aggregate-cement ratio,the permeability coefficient of slag permeable brick is increasing,the compressive strength is decreased. However,as the water cement ratio increases,the permeability coefficient of the slag permeable brick decreases,the compressive strength first increases and then decreases. When the aggregate-cement ratio is 3.5 and the water-cement ratio is 0.40,the prepared slag permeable brick has better performance,the compressive strength reaches 40.36 MPa,and the water permeability coefficient reaches 0.15 cm/s,which is consistent with CJJ/T 135—2009 and CJJ/T 188—2012 requirements.
