促强减缩剂在热固复合聚苯板中的应用研究

摘要:以P·O52.5水泥掺加23%促强减缩剂为基材制备热固复合聚苯板,采用浇筑工艺制备的热固复合聚苯板脱模时间≤2 h,干密度≤180 kg/m3,导热系数≤0.053 W/(m·K),抗压强度≥0.6 MPa,抗拉强度≥0.14 MPa,燃烧性能达到A级;采用压制工艺制备的热固复合聚苯板脱模时间≤4 h,干密度≤150 kg/m3,导热系数≤0.042 W/(m·K),抗压强度≥0.3 MPa,抗拉强度≥0.12 MPa,燃烧性能达到A级。制备的热固复合聚苯板的性能符合JG/T 536—2017中G型060级、050级标准要求。

Study on the application of strength-enhancing and shrinkage-reducing agent in
 thermosetting composite polystyrene board

Abstract:This paper presents an experimental research on thermosetting polystyrene insulation board made of Portland cement P·O52.5 blended with 23% of strength-enhancing and shrinkage-reducing agent. The casting process produces the materials with the following properties:the stripping time≤2 h,dry density≤180 kg/m3 and thermal conductivity≤0.053 W/(m·K),compressive strength ≥0.6 MPa,tensile strength≥0.14 MPa,flammability reaches class A. The pressing process produces the materials with the following properties:the demoulding time≤4 h,dry density≤150 kg/m3 and thermal conductivity ≤0.042 W/(m·K),compressive strength≥0.3 MPa,tensile strength ≥0.12 MPa,flammability reaches class A. The prepared insulation board complies with the requirement of G-type 060 and 050 in Chinese standard JG/T 536—2017.
