彩色透水混凝土用罩面剂的性能研究与应用

摘要：根据彩色透水混凝土工作原理并结合实际应用，制备了透水混凝土专用SBT-TC101罩面保护剂，并对其性能进行测试，结果表明：SBT-TC101罩面保护剂的性能符合GB/T 22374—2008《地坪涂装材料》要求，涂膜耐老化性优异，人工老化1500 h后未出现明显变化、粉化等缺陷；喷涂SBT-TC101罩面保护剂对彩色透水混凝土的透水性无不利影响；涂膜具有优异的耐磨性以及耐化学腐蚀性，可以有效减少混凝土表面出现发白现象，同时提高彩色透水混凝土外观美观性，延长使用寿命，适用于户外环境的彩色透水混凝土及清水混凝土罩面保护。

Study on performance and application of finishing varnish used in color previous concrete

Abstract：SBT-TC101 finishing varnish are prepared and tested according to the principle and practical application of color previous concrete. The result shows that the SBT-TC101 finishing varnish meets the requirement of standard GB/T 22374—2008 "Floor coatings"，the membrane has excellent aging resistance performance，and there are no obvious defects such as aging and pulverization after artificial aging for 1500 h. It has no adverse affect to the water permeability. With excellent abrasive resistance，chemical resistance and high gloss，SBT-TC101 could effectively reduce the efflorescence of color previous concrete，enhance its appearance and increase its durability，thus is completely suit for varnish and protection of outdoor color previous concrete and bare concrete.
