高隔热性防火玻璃凝胶夹层的研制

摘要:以水性有机硅和复合阻燃剂为添加剂制备聚丙烯酰胺凝胶,作为灌注型复合防火玻璃的夹层材料。并对凝胶夹层进行SEM、TG和DSC分析,以及复合防火玻璃的隔热性能分析,结果表明,该凝胶夹层具有优良的抗热变性能和防火隔热性能。

The development of high temperature heat insulation gel interlayer for fireproof glass

Abstract:The water soluble organic silicon and composite flame retardants were used as additives to prepare polyacrylamide gel as a sandwich material for perfusing composite fire resistant glass. Through the analysis of SEM,TG and DSC to gel interlayer and the thermal insulation performance to composite fireproof glass,it is found that the new gel interlayer is with excellent heat distortion resistance and fire resistance.
