海绵城市用透水混凝土的研制与工程应用

摘要:针对目前透水混凝土强度难以提高这一问题,开展了骨料粒径、水灰比、减水剂、增强剂及砂率对透水混凝土性能的影响研究。试验表明:随着骨料粒径的增加,透水混凝土强度降低,透水系数变化不大;随着水灰比的增加,未掺减水剂的透水混凝土强度先提高后降低,掺加减水剂的透水混凝土强度逐渐降低;自制出一种透水混凝土增强剂,与其他种类增强剂相比,混凝土强度增加幅度最大,透水系数有一定的降低;采用单级配石英砂掺入混凝土,可有效提高混凝土强度,并控制透水系数的降幅。研究成果应用于武汉青山海绵城市建设工程,通过掺加5%自制透水混凝土增强剂,可使透水混凝土强度提高2个等级。

The development and application of pervious concrete for sponge city

Abstract:Aiming at the existing problem that the strength of pervious concrete is difficult to improve,a study on the influence of aggregate particle size,water cement ratio,water reducing agent,reinforcing agent and sand ratio on the properties of porous concrete impact was carried out. Experiment showed that with the increase of aggregate diameter,permeable concrete strength is reduced,but permeable coefficient changed little,the strength of the permeable concrete without water reducing agent increases first and then decreases with the increase of the water cement ratio,and the strength of permeable concrete with water reducing agent gradually decreases with the increase of the water cement ratio. A kind of water permeable concrete enhancer was made and compared with other kinds of enhancers,its strength increased by the largest and the permeability coefficient has certain decrease. The single stage of quartz sand added to the concrete can increase the strength of concrete effectively,and the decrease of the permeability coefficient can be controlled. The research results were applied to the construction project of Wuhan Qingshan sponge city,by adding 5% self-made pervious concrete enhancer,its strength was increased by two grades.
