麦秸秆纤维混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能研究

 摘要:通过正交优化设计试验与数学建模,采用电通量法评价麦秸秆纤维混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能。研究表明:水胶比对麦秸秆纤维混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响最大,麦秸秆纤维掺量影响较大,矿物掺合料掺量影响较小。制备最佳抗氯离子渗透性能的麦秸秆纤维混凝土组合为水胶比0.40、矿物掺合料掺量20%、麦秸秆纤维掺量0.1%,此时麦秸秆纤维混凝土的6 h电通量为782.68 C,具有较强的抗氯离子渗透性能。麦秸秆纤维混凝土氯离子扩散电通量Q与水胶比X1、矿物掺合料掺量X2及麦秸秆纤维掺量X3之间的数学模型为:Q=848.2667X1-34.2333X2-2320X3+453.5289,可较准确地预测相同条件下麦秸秆纤维混凝土的6 h电通量。

Study on resistance to chloride ion penetration of wheat straw fiber concrete

Abstract:Through orthogonal optimization design test and mathematical modeling,the resistance to chloride ion penetration of wheat straw fiber concrete is evaluated by electric flux method. The results show that the water binder ratio is the greatest influence on the chloride ion penetration of wheat straw fiber reinforced concrete,the influence of the amount of wheat straw fiber is relatively large,the amount of mineral admixture is the least influence. The best preparation for wheat straw fiber concrete to resistance to chloride ion:water binder ratio is 0.40,the amount of mineral admixture is 20%,and the amount of wheat straw fiber was 0.1%,at this time,the 6 h electric flux of wheat straw fiber concrete is 782.68 C,which has strong resistance to chloride ion penetration. Resistance to chloride ion penetration mathematical model of wheat straw fiber concrete of Q,water binder ratio X1,the amount of mineral admixture X2 and the amount of wheat straw fiber X3 is Q=848.2667X1-34.2333X2-2320X3+453.5289,it can predict the 6 h electric flux of wheat straw fiber concrete under the same condition.
