清水混凝土保护剂对混凝土抗冻性能的影响研究

摘要:使用丙烯酸类、有机硅类、氟碳类清水混凝土保护剂对C40混凝土试块表面进行了处理,系统地研究了在不同涂刷层数下对混凝土抗冻性能的影响,并与未涂刷清水混凝土保护剂的标准试块进行对比。结果表明:清水混凝土保护剂面漆抗冻能力高于底漆,有机硅类和氟碳类清水混凝土保护剂体系的抗冻性最好,且随着保护剂涂刷层数的增加,混凝土试件的抗冻性能逐步提升。

Study on the influence of fair-faced concrete protective agent on the resistance to freezing and thawing of concrete

Abstract:The surface of C40 concrete is treated with acrylic,organosilicon and fluorocarbon fair-faced concrete protectors. Systematically studied the effect of different coating layers on the resistance to freezing and thawing of concrete and compared with the standard test block that is not painted with fair-faced concrete protector. The results show that the anti-freezing ability of the fair-faced concrete protective agent topcoat is greater than that of the primer,and that of the silicone and fluorocarbon fair-faced concrete protector systems is the best, and with the increase of the number of protective agents,the anti-freezing ability of the concrete specimen is gradually improved.
