高炉粒化矿渣对混凝土孔溶液离子浓度的影响

 摘要:通过离心和高压萃取法提取水泥-高炉粒化矿渣体系1 h和10~24 h液相,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪和pH计测试液相离子浓度和pH值,研究了高炉粒化矿渣掺量对体系液相离子浓度和pH值的影响。结果表明:随水化时间延长,水泥-高炉粒化矿渣体系早龄期液相中K+、Na+、SiO44-浓度和pH值逐渐增大,Ca2+和SO42-浓度先增大后减小,10 h左右均达到峰值,AlO2-浓度呈类似变化;随高炉粒化矿渣掺量增加,液相中K+、Na+、Ca2+、SO42-和AlO2-浓度及pH值逐渐减小,SiO44-浓度逐渐增大,40%高炉粒化矿渣掺量对Ca2+浓度影响程度最显著。

Effects of ground granulated blast furnace slag on ion concentration of concrete pore solution

Abstract:Through centrifugation and high-pressure extraction,liquid phase of cement-ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS) system between 1 h and 10~24 h were extracted respectively. In order to explore the influence from different dosage of GGBS on the ion concentration and pH value in liquid phase of system,the ions concentration and pH value were analysed by Inductively Coupled Plasma optical emission spectrometry and pH meter. The results show that along hydration time,K+、Na+、SiO44- concentration and pH increased gradually,and AlO2- concentration present similarly with Ca2+ and SO42- concentration arriving the peak value around 10 h. K+、Na+、Ca2+、SO42- and AlO2- concentration and pH in liquid phase of cement-GGBS system are decreased along with the increasing dosage of GGBS while SiO44- concentration was on the contrary. At the same time,40% dosage of GGBS has significance influence on Ca2+ concentration.
