一种中低坍落度混凝土用减水剂的保坍机制研究

摘要:根据吸附基团与聚醚侧链的不同比例,合成了5例新型减水剂。研究表明,吸附基团占比越高减水剂分散性能越好,但在适当的吸附基团占比时产品表现出了良好的分散保持性。混凝土测试结果表明,吸附基团与聚醚侧链比为2.5的减水剂样品在中低坍落度范围内表现出良好的保坍性能,2 h内坍落度损失仅为13.5%。通过表征分析发现,减水剂溶液的表面张力低、初始吸附量少可能是样品保坍性能较好的原因。

Study on slump loss resistant mechanism of water-reducing agent for low-middle slumps concrete

Abstract:According to the different ratio of adsorption group and polyether side chain, five new water reducing agents were synthesized. The study shows that the higher rate of adsorption group,the better dispersion performance of the samples,but the product demonstrates good paste loss resistant performance at the proper proportion rate of adsorption group. In the concrete test,it was found that the sample with the adsorption group and the polyether side chain ratio of 2.5 showed good slump loss resistant performance in the low-middle slumps range,and the loss in 2 h was only 13.5%. Through characterization analysis,it was found that low surface tension of water reducing agent solution and small initial adsorption amount may be the reason for the better performance of the sample.
