高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究

摘要:以常规聚醚大单体TPEG、丙烯酸(AA)作为主要原材料,引入新型不饱和小单体丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)和磷酸酯,在双氧水(HP)-次磷酸钠(SHP)引发体系下采用常温自由基溶液聚合反应制备高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂PC-0。研究AA、HPA、巯基乙醇和SHP用量对PC-0性能的影响。结果表明,该减水剂的最佳制备工艺为:m(TPEG)∶m(AA)∶m(HPA)∶m(磷酸酯)=100∶12∶2∶0.8,m(HP)∶
m(SHP)=3∶1,SHP、巯基乙醇用量分别为大单体质量的2%、1%。经C30和C50混凝土验证试验表明,PC-0的初始、60 min和120 min坍落度保持性能都明显优于国内外同类市售的聚羧酸减水剂。

Research on synthesis and performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high slump retention capability

Abstract:Polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC-0) with high slump retention capability was prepared by free radical solution
polymerization,and was synthesized by monomers including TPEG,AA,HPA and phosphate,with the initiating system of hydrogen peroxide(HP)-sodium hypophosphite(SHP). The effects of the dosage of AA,HPA,Mercapto alcohol and SHP on PC-0 performance
were discussed. The results show that polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high slump retention capability had an optimized preparation condition at the mass ratio of TPEG∶AA∶HPA∶phosphate =100∶12∶2∶0.8,the mass ratio of HP∶SHP=3∶1,SHP and Mercapto alcohol was 2% and 1% of total mass respectively. The results of C30 and C50 concrete test show that the initial,60 min,and 120 min slump keeping capacity of PC-0 are obviously better than those of the same kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer at home and abroad.
