掺矿物料对水泥与酚基改性醚类聚羧酸减水剂相

摘要:研究了单掺粉煤灰、矿渣粉和微硅粉对水泥与酚基改性醚类聚羧酸系减水剂聚(RCS/APEG/AMPS)相容性的影响。结果表明:当粉煤灰掺量小于60%或矿渣粉掺量为30%~70%时,提高了水泥净浆的初始流动度,且60 min内无损失;而掺量小于10%的微硅粉只提高水泥净浆的初始流动度;单掺粉煤灰60%、矿渣粉30%、微硅粉10%的水泥对减水剂的饱和吸附量分别为1.00、1.55、2.44 mg/g;粉煤灰和矿渣粉可促进水泥早期水化,改善水泥与减水剂的相容性,但三者的掺入并不影响水化结果和产物种类。

Effect of mineral admixture on the compatibility of phenolic-based modified polyether-type polycarboxylate water reducer and cement

Abstract:The effects of fly ash,slag and silicon power on the compatibility of RCS/APEG/AMPS phenolic-based modified polyether-type polycarboxylate water reducer and cement has been studied. The results show,when the amount of fly ash is less than 60% or the content of slag is between 30% and 70%,the initial fluidity of the cement paste is increased and no loss is found in 60 min,while the silicon power with less than 10% content can only improve the initial fluidity of the cement slurry. Besides,the saturation adsorption capacity of cement with 60% fly ash,30% slag and 10% silicon powder was 1.00 mg/g,1.55 mg/g and 2.44 mg/g respectively. The fly ash and slag can promote early hydration and improve the compatibility of cement and water reducer,while the addition of three kinds of mineral materials does not affect the hydration outcome and the type of hydration products.
