聚羧酸减水剂分子结构对吸附和水化性能影响研

摘要:采用红外光谱、颗粒电荷密度测试对不同类型的聚羧酸减水剂进行化学结构表征,结果表明,KZJ-1为高电荷密度长主链短支链结构,KZJ-2和KZJ-3为低电荷密度短主链长支链结构。通过净浆、混凝土试验评价减水剂的性能,通过吸附量、水化热测试等对微观机理进行分析,当减水剂掺量>0.013时,3种聚羧酸减水剂的吸附量大小依次为KZJ-2>KZJ-1>KZJ-3,同时掺KZJ-2和KZJ-3能加速水泥早期的水化,明显缩短诱导期,促进C3A的水化,加快AFt的生成,能够缩短初凝时间。

Study on effect of molecular structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on adsorption and hydration properties

Abstract:The chemical structure of different types of polycarboxylate superplasticizers was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and particle charge density test. The results show that KZJ-1 is a long main chain and short branch chain structure with high charge density,KZJ-2 and KZJ-3 are short main chain long branch chain structure with lower charge density. The performance of the superplasticizer was evaluated by the paste and concrete test,and the microscopic mechanism was analyzed by the adsorption amount and the hydration heat test. When the amount of the superplasticizer was>0.013,the adsorption amount of three types of superplasticizer is KZJ-2>KZJ-1>KZJ-3,meanwhile KZJ-2 and KZJ-3 can accelerate the early hydration of cement,shorten the induction period significantly,promote the hydration of C3A, accelerate the generation of AFt and shorten the initial setting time.
