影响硅藻泥拉伸粘结强度的因素

摘要：研究了纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉和消泡剂种类和用量对硅藻泥粘结强度的影响。结果表明：在试验掺量范围内，硅藻泥的粘结强度随着纤维素醚掺量的增加而逐渐提高；纤维素醚黏度对硅藻泥粘结强度影响较大，而纤维素醚的种类（HPMC和HEMC）对硅藻泥的粘结强度影响不大；乳胶粉的掺量对硅藻泥粘结强度影响较大，即硅藻泥粘结强度随着乳胶粉掺量的增加而逐渐提高，乳胶粉种类对硅藻泥的粘结强度有一定的影响，其中以乳胶粉A掺量为3%时的性价比最高；消泡剂掺量对硅藻泥的粘结强度的影响较大，其最优掺量为0.05%。

Influential factors on tensile bond strength of diatom mud

Abstract：The influence of different kinds and dosages of cellulose ether，redispersible polymer powder and antifoaming agent on the tensile bond strength of diatom mud were studied. The results show that：In the test dosage range，with the increase of cellulose ether content，the bond strength of diatom mud is higher. The viscosity of cellulose ether has great influence on the bond strength of diatom mud. In general，the influence of different kinds of cellulose ether（HPMC and HEMC） on the bond strength of diatom mud were little. In the test dosage range，with the increase of the amount of redispersible polymer powder，the bond strength of diatom mud is higher. And kinds of redispersible polymer powder has a certain effect on the bond strength of diatom mud，in which the price of redispersible polymer powder A（the dosage is 3%） is the best. In general，the influence of dosages of antifoaming agent on the bond strength of diatom mud was larger，and the optimum dosage of antifoaming agent in this paper was 0.05%.
