橡胶粉-环氧树脂砂浆抗冻性能的试验研究

 摘要:研究了40目和80目橡胶粉等质量取代天然砂,复掺环氧树脂制备砂浆的抗冻性能。正交试验结果表明:环氧树脂和橡胶粉均有利于提高砂浆的抗冻性能;环氧树脂能明显减小低冻融循环次数时砂浆的质量损失;橡胶粉在冻融循环次数大于50次后开始发挥作用,80目橡胶粉对砂浆抗冻性能提高作用优于40目。40、80目橡胶粉的最佳掺量均为3%,环氧树脂的最佳掺量为5%。

Experimental study on frost resistance property of rubber powder-epoxy resin mortar

Abstract:The frost resistance property of mortar is investigated systematically that the natural sand is alternated by the same mass of 40 mesh and 80 mesh waste tire rubber powder and the influence of epoxy resin is considered. Orthogonal test results show that the epoxy resin and rubber powder can improve the frost resistance of mortar. Epoxy resin can significantly reduce the mass loss of mortar in low times of freeze-thaw cycles. Rubber powder began to function after more than 50 freeze-thaw cycles. To improve the frost resistance property of mortar,80 mesh rubber powder is better than 40 mesh. The optimum mixing of each component are add 3% 80 mesh rubber powder,3% 40 mesh rubber powder and 5% epoxy resin.
