水泥-微珠二元胶材体系的水化特征及性能研究

 摘要:结合微观和宏观的测试方法对比研究了微珠在水泥浆体中的水化特征,结果表明:掺入微珠后浆体的水化产物与纯水泥大体一致,只是在一些物相含量上有所差异。通过SEM观察发现,微珠的二次水化反应主要发生在中后期,早期主要起填充作用,对浆体抗压强度进行测试表明,微珠对浆体的早期强度并无明显改善作用。但随着微珠的二次水化反应生,浆体的后期强度可超过纯水泥浆体。浆体化学结合水含量的发展趋势与抗压强度基本一致,在一定程度上化学结合水含量可以反映浆体抗压强度的大小。

Study on hydration characteristics and properties of cement-microsphere binary cementitious material system

Abstrct:The hydration characteristics of microsphere in cement paste were studied compared with micro and macro test methods. The results showed that the hydration products of the paste with microsphere were almost the same as that of pure cement,and there was only a difference in the content of some crystal phases. SEM observation found that the secondary hydration reaction of microspheres mainly occurred in the middle and late stage,and early majority in filling effect. After testing the compressive strength of pastes,it was found that microspheres had no significant effect on the early strength,however,with the occurrence of secondary hydration reaction of microspheres,the later strength could exceed the pure cement paste. The development trend of chemical combined water was basically consistent with the compressive strength,and to some extent,the chemical binding water content could reflect the compressive strength of paste.
