掺硼元素不同烧结温度的氧化镁对磷酸镁水泥性

摘要:在低品位轻烧氧化镁粉中,以硼砂的方式引入氧化镁质量0.15%的B元素,分别在1300、1400、1500、1600 ℃下煅烧3 h得到的氧化镁粉,按照与磷酸二氢钾质量比3∶1,硼砂掺量为氧化镁质量的7%,水灰比0.17来制备磷酸镁水泥。研究表明,在低品位轻烧氧化镁粉中引入B元素在1600 ℃下煅烧的氧化镁可以代替重烧氧化镁,其中氧化镁晶粒的尺寸由10.44 μm增长到23.89 μm,制备的磷酸镁水泥7 d抗压强度可以达到52.2 MPa,与重烧氧化镁制备的MPC相当,而成本却有所降低。

Mixed B elements in different sintering temperature of magnesium oxide on the properties of magnesium phosphate cement

Abstract:In the experiment,the B element with 0.15% of the quality of light burned magnesia was introduced in the manner of borax in light burning powder,in 1300 ℃,1400 ℃,1500 ℃and 1600 ℃ calcination and heat preservation 3 hours,after fine grinding,magnesium phosphate cement is prepared by M/P 3,borax added 7% of magnesium oxide and the cement ratio is 0.17. Results show that in low grade light burned magnesia powder into B elements under 1600 ℃ of calcined magnesium oxide can replace dead burned magnesia,the magnesium oxide crystal grain size increases by 10.44 μm to 23.89 μm,the 7-day strength of the prepared magnesium phosphate cement can reach 52.2 MPa,the intensity of MPC prepared with dead burned magnesia is comparable,the cost has been reduced.
