掺污泥残渣磷酸镁水泥的力学性能及对重金属固

摘要:为了高效利用污泥废物,以污泥残渣为原料制备磷酸镁水泥,研究不同污泥残渣掺量对磷酸镁水泥力学性能和固化重金属效果的影响。结果表明:当污泥残渣掺量为5%时,磷酸镁水泥的力学性能最优,抗压强度为42.08 MPa;但继续掺入污泥残渣会影响磷酸镁水泥的水化过程,使其力学性能降低。掺入污泥的磷酸镁水泥经固化,其中的重金属浸出量大幅降低,远低于GB 5085.3—2007规定限值。

Mechanical property of magnesium phosphate cement with sludge residue and its solidification effect on heavy metals

Abstract:To make a better use of the sludge residue,the magnesium phosphate cement was prepared with sludge residue,the effect of sludge residue content on the mechanical property of magnesium phosphate cement and solidification of heavy metals was studied. Results indicate that the mechanical property of magnesium phosphate cement is the best when the content of sludge residue is 5%,the compressive strength is 42.08 MPa. However,adding more sludge residue has a negative effect on the hydration crystallization of magnesium phosphate cement,leading to the decrease of the compressive strength. After solidification,the leaching amount of heavy metals in sludge residue reduces,much lower than the required low limit of heavy metals as specified in national standard GB 5085.3—2007.
