碱激发花岗岩石粉泡沫混凝土性能研究

    摘要:以花岗岩石粉、水泥为胶凝材料,制备高强度泡沫混凝土墙板。通过分析水玻璃对花岗岩石粉的活性激发作用,研究泡沫密度、花岗岩石粉掺量、水玻璃掺量对泡沫混凝土平均孔径和抗压强度的影响,得到制备高强度泡沫混凝土墙板的配比。结果表明:花岗岩石粉和水泥分别占胶凝材料的30%和70%,水胶比为0.35,泡沫密度为50 g/L,减水剂掺量为0.8%,水玻璃模数为1.2、掺量为2.5%时,制备湿密度为600 kg/m3泡沫混凝土的28 d抗压强度为3.9 MPa。

Study on properties of alkali-activated granite powder foamed concrete

    Abstract:The granite powder and cement are used as cementitious materials to prepare high strength foamed concrete wallboard. The activity priming action of granite powder was stimulated by analyzing water glass,the effects of foam density,granite powder content and water glass content on the average pore size and compressive strength of foamed concrete were studied,to obtain mix ratio of high-strength foam concrete wallboard. The results show that when the granite powder and cement account for 30% and 70% of the cementitious material respectively,the water-cement ratio is 0.35,the foam density is 50 g/L,the dosage of the water reducing agent is 0.8%,the water glass modulus is 1.2,and the amount is 2.5%,the prpeared foamed concrete with wet denstity of 600 kg/m3 has 28 d compressive strength of 3.9 MPa.
