X-射线荧光光谱法测试岩棉的酸度系数

    摘要:针对建筑外保温用岩棉产品的酸度系数测试方法复杂、测试周期长的问题,建立了使用X-射线荧光光谱(XRF)测试岩棉酸度系数的方法。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对岩棉产品进行微观分析,探讨了使用玻璃熔片法代替粉末压片法制备样品的必要性。对化学分析方法和X-射线荧光分析方法进行对比,结果表明,X-射线荧光分析法操作简单、快速,准确度和精密度均符合国家标准规定要求。

Acidity coefficient of rock wool tested by X-rays fluorescent spectrometry

    Abstract:Aming at the problem of complex test method and long test period on testing acidity coefficient of rock wool products applied in architecture external thermal insulation,X-rays fluorescent(XRF) spectrometry was established to test the acidity coefficient. Through microanalysis on rock wool products by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-rays diffractometer(XRD),the necessity of using glass fuse piece method instead of pressed pellet to prepare specimen. Compared chemical analytical method with X-rays fluorescent spectrometry,the result showed that XRF has advantages of simplicity of operator and speediness,and the accuracy and precision meet the requirements of national standards.
