水泥工业控汞对策研究

    摘要:水泥工业是世界第四大汞排放源,我国水泥工业汞排放量占全球同行的49%,占全国总量的15%,随着《关于汞的水俣公约》的生效,我国水泥工业控汞压力日益增大。控汞工作是水泥工业的新课题,从汞产生、窑内循环和排放机理分析入手,总结国际控汞经验,综述和对比国内外汞排放防治技术,提出我国水泥工业控汞对策,为我国制定行业履约对策提供参考。

Study on mercury control strategies in cement industry

    Abstract:Cement industry is the fourth biggest mercury emission source in the world. China cement sector contributes 49% of the total emission of the global cement industry and accounts for 15% of that in China. With the Minamata Convention on Mercury coming into force,China cement industry is facing new challenge and pressure of control mercury emission. Mercury control work is a new topic for cement industry. Starting with the analysis of mercury production,kiln circulation and emission mechanism,the paper summarizes the experience of international mercury control,summarizes and compares the domestic and international mercury emission prevention and control technologies, and puts forward the countermeasures of mercury control in cement industry in China,providing reference for making mercury control roadmap for China cement sector.
