粉煤灰-脱硫石膏复合水泥土渗透性试验研究

    摘要:通过正交试验方法,研究了水泥掺量、脱硫石膏掺量、粉煤灰掺量、水灰比对水泥土渗透性的影响;运用灰色关联度分析和分层分析分别得到4种变量对水泥土渗透性的影响顺序及影响占比率。结果表明:4种因素对土体渗透性影响程度依次为水灰比>粉煤灰掺量>水泥掺量>脱硫石膏掺量,其中水灰比占55.79%,粉煤灰掺量占26.34%,水泥掺量占12.18%,脱硫石膏占5.69%,最优配比为水泥掺量14%、粉煤灰掺量3%、脱硫石膏掺量2%、水灰比为0.4,最优配比水泥土渗透系数随龄期变化拟合公式为:y=16.24x-1.025。

Experimental study on permeability of fly ash desulphurization gypsum composite cement soil

    Abstract:Through orthogonal test method,the influence of cement content,desulfurization gypsum content,fly ash content and water cement ratio on soil permeability was studied;The effect order and effect ratio of four variables on the permeability of cement-soil were obtained by grey correlation analysis and stratification analysis respectively. The results show that:the influence degree of four factors on the permeability of soil is water cement ratio>fly ash content>cement content>desulphurization gypsum content and the water cement ratio accounted for 55.79%,the fly ash content accounted for 26.34%,cement content accounted for 12.18%,desulphurized gypsum content accounted for 5.69%;the optimal ratio for the composite cement soil is 14% of cement content,3% of fly ash content,2% of desulphurization gypsum content,and water cement ratio is 0.4. The fitting formula of the optimum ratio of permeability coefficient of cement soil with age is as follows:y=16.24x-1.025.
