A09级火山渣发泡混凝土及复合砌块研究

    摘要:研究了火山渣、水泥用量和养护工艺对A09级火山渣发泡混凝土抗压强度的影响,并提出了火山渣发泡混凝土的适宜配合比。研究表明,A09级火山渣发泡混凝土与绝热材料复合可制备密度等级为500、600、700、800级的火山渣发泡混凝土复合自保温砌块,并推测了该砌块的强度等级可达MU3.5、MU5.0,传热系数在0.21~0.52 W/(m2·K)。

Research on composite self-insulation blocks prepared by A09 grade cinder foamed concrete

    Abstract:In this paper,the effects of the amount of cinder,cement and curing process on the compressive strength of the A09 grade cinder foamed concrete were studied and the optimum proportion of cinder foamed concrete was proposed. The results show that A09 cinder foamed concrete and thermal insulation material compound can be prepared to grade 500,600,700 and 800 composite self-insulation foamed concrete blocks,and it is speculated that the strength grade can achieve MU3.5,MU5.0,the heat transfer coefficient of the composite self-insulation blocks masonry is about 0.21~0.52 W/(m2·K).
