墙体自保温系统热工性能影响因素分析

    摘要:以烧结保温砌块为例,通过模拟计算分析了砌块的砌筑方式、砌筑砂浆、抹灰砂浆对墙体自保温系统热工性能的影响。结果表明,砌筑方式对砌块的当量导热系数影响十分显著,保温砌筑砂浆可有效解决砌筑灰缝热桥问题,保温抹灰砂浆是提高墙体自保温系统热工性能的优选配套材料。

Analysis of influencing factors on thermal performance of wall self-insulation system

    Abstract:Taking fired heat preservation block as an example,the influence of masonry methods,masonry mortar and plastering mortar on thermal performance of wall self-insulation system had been analyzed through simulation calculation method. The results show that the effect of masonry methods on the equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient of the block was significant. Thermal insulation masonry mortar can effectively solve the problem of mortar joint thermal bridge. Thermal insulation plastering mortar was the preferred supporting material which can effectively improve the thermal performance of wall self-insulation system.
