高耐碱玻纤在蒸压砂加气混凝土中的应用研究

    摘要:研究了不同掺量的高耐碱玻纤对蒸压砂加气混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、干燥收缩值以及抗冲击强度的影响,并与普通耐碱玻纤进行对比,分析了高耐碱玻纤在蒸压砂加气混凝土中的适用性。结果表明:高耐碱玻纤在蒸压砂加气混凝土中耐腐蚀、易分散、不破泡,掺量为0.3%时对蒸压砂加气混凝土有最佳增强效果。

Research on application of high alkali-resistant glass fiber in autoclaved sand aerated concrete

    Abstract:The influence of high alkali-resistant glass fiber with different addition amounts on compressive strength,flexural strength,drying shrinkage and impact strength of autoclaved sand aerated concrete was researched by experiments. The applicability of high alkali-resistant glass fiber in autoclaved sand aerated concrete was analyzed and contrasted with common alkali-resistant glass fiber. The results showed that high alkali-resistant glass fiber had corrosion resistance,was easily dispersed and did not break the bubble in autoclaved sand aerated concrete, and the best reinforced effect to autoclaved sand aerated concrete appeared when the addition amounts was 0.3%.
