两端开口式新型保温承重砌块砌体抗压强度试验

    摘要:对30个两端开口式新型保温承重砌块砌体试件在轴心荷载作用下进行抗压试验,考察砌体受压变形破坏特征,分析砌体的受压性能和极限承载力,通过对试验数据进行回归分析,得到了抗压强度的计算公式。通过有限元软件建立模型并分析,模拟了砌体轴心受压过程及砌块和砂浆之间的相互作用,观察了具体的应力分布情况,为砌体的最大应力部位和薄弱部位的改进提供参考。

Experimental study on the compressive property of open-ended type compound insulationconcrete block masonry

    Abstract:Compression test of 30 new open-ended insulation bearing block masonry specimens was conducted under axial load to investigate the deformation and failure characteristics of the masonry,and to analyze the bearing capacity and ultimate bearing capacity of the masonry. The regression analysis of the test data obtained the calculation formula of the compressive strength. The finite element software was used to establish the model and make analysis,stimulate the axial compressive load of the masonry and the interaction between the block and the mortar. The specific stress distribution was observed,providing reference for the improvement of the maximum stress position and the weakness position of the masonry.
