住宅产业化背景下低层轻钢龙骨结构热工性能的整体优化策略

摘要:通过对比分析轻钢结构与传统结构的热工性能,轻钢龙骨结构围护结构存在热稳定性差和明显的热桥现象。基于蓄热和绝热理论,引入整体优化理念,提出低层轻钢龙骨结构的热工优化策略。这些措施不仅能提高轻质围护结构的热稳定性,而且有利于消除热桥的不利影响,为低层轻钢龙骨结构节能设计及施工提供理论依据。

Integral optimization tactics on thermal problem in low-rise light steel keel structure under the background of housing industry

Abstract:Through comparative analysis on thermal property in light-steel structure and traditional building,there are poor thermal stability and obvious bridge in building envelope of light-gauge steel structure. Based on thermal theory of storage and insulation and introducing overall optimization concepts,thermal optimization tactics on low-rise light gauge steel structure were put forward. These tactics can not only improve thermal stability of light-building envelope,but also will be conductive to eliminate adverse effects of thermal bridge in order to provide valuable basis for energy-saving design and construction in low-rise light-gauge steel structure.
