镁基盐泡沫混凝土基本性能试验研究

摘要:以氧化镁、硫酸镁、粉煤灰为主要材料,加入聚丙烯纤维、复合添加剂制备了镁基盐泡沫混凝土,试验研究了镁基盐泡沫混凝土的导热系数、抗压强度、弹性模量、剪切强度和劈裂抗拉强度;以及不同尺寸同一干密度镁基盐泡沫混凝土的尺寸效应对抗压强度的影响;利用FEMAP有限元软件对镁基盐泡沫混凝土的应力-应变曲线进行了分析。

Experimental study on basic properties of magnesium-based foam concrete

Abstract:Magnesium oxide,magnesium sulfate and coal ash are used as the main materials. Besides,they are also mixed with composite additive of polypropylene fiber to produce magnesium-based foam concrete. The experiment studies the thermal conductivity,compressive strength,elasticity modulus,shear strength and splitting tensile strength of magnesium-based foam concrete. For magnesium-based foam concrete of different sizes and the same dry density,FEMAP simulation technology is utilized to compare stress-strain curve and the impacts of size effect on compressive strength.
