膨胀珍珠岩的聚合物包覆改性研究

摘要:膨胀珍珠岩本身吸水率高、筒压强度低的特性,限制了其在建筑材料领域的广泛应用。利用硫铝酸盐快硬水泥、半水石膏和磷酸钾镁水泥3种不同的快硬型材料,通过喷涂法对膨胀珍珠岩进行包覆改性,有效提高了膨胀珍珠岩的筒压强度并降低了吸水率。其中,磷酸钾镁水泥改性效果最佳,改性后膨胀珍珠岩的筒压强度相比改性前提高了3.39倍,吸水率降低了77%。在此基础上,研究了苯丙乳液掺量对磷酸钾镁水泥包覆改性膨胀珍珠岩吸水率的影响。结果表明:在苯丙乳液掺量为膨胀珍珠岩质量的15%左右时,改性膨胀珍珠岩的吸水率可降至15%左右。

Study on polymer modification of expanded perlite

Abstract:The characteristics of expanded perlite with high absorbency rate and low compressive strength limit its wide application in the field of building materials. Three different early-strength materials,early-strength sulphoaluminate cement,hemihydrate gypsum and MKPC,were used to study the coating modification of Expanded Perlite by spraying method,and finally the cylindrical compressive strength of Expanded Perlite was improved effectively and the water absorbency rate was reduced. Among them the modification effect of MKPC is the most ideal. The cylindrical compressive strength of modified Expanded Perlite is 3.39 times higher than that of unmodified expanded perlite,and the absorbency rate is lower by 77%. On this basis,the effect of SAE latex on the absorbency rate of Expanded perlite with MKPC coating is also studied. The results show that the absorbency rate of expanded perlite can be reduced to less than 15%,when the substitution of SAE latex is 15% of the mass fraction of expanded perlite.
