褐煤粉煤灰制备含铝托贝莫来石保温材料的研究

摘要:以含铝硅酸盐褐煤粉煤灰为原料,通过水热法制备含铝托贝莫来石保温材料,对其物理性能、热性能和憎水改性进行了研究,结果表明,密度随着钙硅比(C/S)增大呈先减小后增大的趋势,C/S为0.9时,密度为360.08 kg/m3,抗压强度为1.72 MPa。含铝托贝莫来石具有良好的化学稳定性,分解温度为800 ℃,1000 ℃时晶须烧结缩短扭曲形成2M型硅灰石。防水剂掺量0.7%,烘干温度60 ℃,浸渍法与拌合法使得含铝托贝莫来石中硅羟基与甲基硅酸钠结合形成憎水网状有机硅树脂膜,取得良好憎水效果,并且浸渍法操作更加简单。

Study on preparation of aluminum-containing silicate lignite fly-ash self-insulating wall materials

Abstract:The aluminum-containing silicate lignite fly ash was used as the raw material,and the al-tobermorite thermal insulation materials were prepared by hydrothermal method. The physical properties,thermal properties and water-repellent properties were analyzed. The bulk density appeared the trend of first decreased and then increased with the increase of Ca-Si ratio. When the C/S ratio is 0.9,the bulk density is 360.08 kg/m3,and the compressive strength is 1.72 MPa. The al-tobermorite has good chemical stability and the decomposition temperature is 800 ℃ and 2M wollastonite was formed under 1000 ℃ due to sintering and deformation of whisker. When water repellent dosage is 0.7%,drying temperature is 60 ℃,impregnation method and mixing method make combination of hydroxyl groups and methyl silicic acid in al-tobermorite to form a hydrophobic network of silicone resin film,get a good waterproof effect,and the impregnation method is more simple to operate.
