纳米蒙脱土与SBS复合改性沥青制备工艺研究

摘要:采用正交试验对纳米蒙脱土(OMMT)与SBS复合改性沥青的制备工艺进行研究。通过改性沥青进行三大指标试验,分析各因素对改性沥青高、低温性能和热储存稳定性的影响,结果表明:SBS掺量和剪切温度对改性沥青的高、低温性能均有显著影响;OMMT对改性沥青高温性能与热存储稳定性有显著影响。因此,在制备OMMT-SBS复合改性沥青时应主要针对上述3项显著因素进行控制。

Study on preparation process of nano-montmorillonite and SBS modified asphalt

Abstract:The preparation process of nano-montmorillonite(OMMT) and SBS modified asphalt was studied by orthogonal test.
Through the three index tests of modified asphalt,the effects of each factor on the high and low temperature performance and thermal storage stability were analyzed. The results show that the content of SBS and shear temperature have significant effects on the high and low temperature performance of modified asphalt. OMMT has significant effects on the high temperature performance and thermal storage stability. The above three significant factors shall be controlled. during the preparation of OMMT-SBS modified asphalt.
