乳化沥青厂拌冷再生拌和工艺研究

摘要:厂拌冷再生的拌和工艺影响混合料的前期沥青-集料裹附性和后期工作性能。目前,厂拌冷再生的拌和工艺通常采用集料+水+乳化沥青+外加剂的普通拌和工艺,由于集料-乳化沥青间的固-液界面张力在短时间内无法消除,致使混合料的沥青裹附性较差,破乳速度较快。采用旋转压实成型法,研究不同拌和工艺下,厂拌冷再生混合料的前期可工作性和后期路用性能。结果表明,1/3水和1/2乳化沥青预湿拌和9.5 mm以上新旧集料+剩余水和乳化沥青拌和全部集料及外加剂的分步拌和工艺,相对于普通拌和工艺和预湿拌和工艺,能显著提高沥青-集料的裹附性及混合料的工作性能,并能延长可工作时间。

Study on cold regeneration mixing process of emulsified asphalt plant

Abstract:The mixing process of plant mixed cold regeneration affects the early asphalt-aggregate wrap and post-work performance of the mixture. At present,the mixing process of plant mixed cold regeneration usually adopts the common mixing process of aggregate+water+emulsified asphalt+admixture,because the solid-liquid interfacial tension between the aggregate-emulsified asphalt cannot be eliminated in a short time,resulting in the mixture asphalt is poorly wrapped and has a fast demulsification speed. In this paper,the rotary compaction molding method is used to explore the preliminary workability and the later road performance of the plant mixed cold recycled mixture under different mixing processes. The results show that 1/3 water and 1/2 emulsified asphalt pre-wet mixes 9.5 mm or more of new and old aggregates+residual water and emulsified asphalt to mix all aggregates and admixtures in a step-by-step mixing process, compared with ordinary mixing process and pre-wet mixing process,it can significantly improve the adhesion of asphalt-aggregate and the working performance of the mixture,and can extend the working time.
