应用于装配式建筑中环氧薄层防水性能研究

摘要：装配式建筑大力发展，但其整体性相对较差，这就导致建筑外墙及楼板会发生渗水。试验选取环氧树脂和SBS改性沥青为原材料制备环氧-沥青防水材料，并对其粘结力、防水性、耐腐蚀性和抗老化性进行研究。结果表明：环氧-沥青防水材料具有良好的抗拉拔性能，在一定条件下，耐水浸湿性和耐盐侵蚀性良好；酸碱作用时间大于600 min，酸碱用量大于100 ml时才丧失抗酸碱侵蚀性能；同时具有一定的抗紫外老化性能。

Study on waterproofing performance of epoxy thin layer used in prefabricated building

Abstract：The prefabricated building develops vigorously，but its integrity is poor，which leads to the seepage of water on the exterior wall and floor of the building. Therefore，epoxy resin and SBS modified asphalt were selected to prepare epoxy asphalt waterproof material，and its adhesion，waterproofing，corrosion resistance and aging resistance properties were studied. The results show that the epoxy asphalt waterproof material has good pull-out performance，under certain conditions，the water-soaking resistance and salt corrosion resistance performance are superior. When the acid-base action time is more than 600 min and the acid base dosage is larger than 100 ml，the acid-base corrosion resistance is lost. Meanwhile，it has a certain resistance to UV aging.
