单一钙质材料生产砂加气混凝土砌块的试验研究

摘要:通过试验研究水泥作为单一钙质材料在砂加气混凝土生产过程对制品抗压强度的影响,分析石膏掺量对混凝土砌块抗压强度的影响规律,优化配合比及生产工艺参数。试验结果表明,当石膏掺量为5%时,单一钙质材料生产的砂加气混凝土制品的抗压强度最高,且能够产生较好的经济效益,同时,经过试验制定了工艺参数标准。

Research and application of production of aerated concrete block with single calcium material

Abstract:The influence of cement as a single calcareous material on the compressive strength of the products in the process of sand aerated concrete production was studied by experiment. The influence law of gypsum content on the compressive strength of concrete block was analyzed to optimize the mix proportion and production process parameters. The test results show that when the proportion of gypsum is 5%,the aerated concrete products produced by the single calcareous material have the highest compressive strength and can produce better economic benefits. At the same time,the process parameter standards are determined through experiments.
